International Shipping
The company uses various vessels, including feeder ships, for international shipping. These vessels efficiently transport goods, taking about 4 days to Singapore and 6-7 days to Port Klang, Malaysia.

Order Execution Process
Our order execution begins with communicating via email or fax to tailor offers based on client requirements. Upon acceptance of our terms and pricing, we issue a Sales Contract for the buyer’s signature. Following receipt of the signed contract, we confirm acceptance and promptly arrange shipment in line with the agreed terms. The complete process, from initial communication to shipment preparation, is efficiently managed within 5-10 days.
Payment Terms
Our payment terms are flexible and open for discussion to best accommodate our clients’ needs. However, we prefer transactions to be conducted through Letter of Credit (LC), Documents Against Payment (DP), or advance Telegraphic Transfer (TT). These methods are chosen for their reliability and security, ensuring a smooth and efficient payment process for both parties involved.
